Yayasan Felda has been embodied in the Akta Pemegang Amanah (Perbadanan) 1952 on 26 September 1998. The establishment is in tune with the concerns set of Felda to social responsibility and parallel to the penglibatannya mempertingkatkan standing outside the airport and the socioeconomic development of the country. Yayasan Felda beginning operation in 1999.
